How much does a bungalow cost?

Very early for me to be thinking about this type of stuff since i'm still in education,but on average in the UK,how much would a single bungalow cost? Will it cost more than a semi detached house?Because bungalows are single houses.Or will bungalows cost less,because bungalows have only 1 floor?
