What is Element Wolf?

I was searching some stuff on the elements (water, air, fire, earth, etc). And came across "Element Wolf". A lot of sites with quizzes "what element wolf are you?" I understand that depending on what type of personality you have, you are "this" certain type of wolf. But where did this whole Element Wolf thing start? What is the back story? I can't find anything searching for it. I just keep getting the quiz sites.
