How much does the concrete shell cost when building a house in spain?

I'd like to know how much the concrete shell of a Spanish villa will cost, preferably with foundations. I'm thinking along the lines of a 2 or 3 bedroom bungalow style villa although I'm only looking for a guide so anything that will give me a clue will be welcome. Please do not answer with price of sand per tonne etc. I can use google and could look that up myself. I need the overall price of the construction of the shell, not the individual material cost.
