My 1997 Buick Regal stalls all the time?

I feel like it is an electric problem but my car stall every time i am decreasing or going slow at speed usually around 20-30 mph and usually when im turning left. The engine shuts off, oil light goes on, wheel goes stiff. Yet, i am able to park, start the car, and go with no problems. It always happens on the same turns and situations so i feel like it is not the engine or more serious problem. Any one with some useful adivce?
