my friend currently has a house and a bungalow, no mortgage on house and has mortgage on bungalow. he is changing too a buy to let mortgage by putting half mortgage on bungalow and half mortgage back on house (re-mortgage) he has sent all paperwork back and paid admin fees etc etc, how long does it take too hear back from the bank too say it has been switched over?

99 Buick Regal Shuts off on me after being drove for more than 10 miles and several other minor issues?

I have a 99 Buick Regal. Shortly after we purchased it, it started having problems. When you drive it for a period of 30 minutes or longer, and usually when it's hot outside, the car will shut it's self off, no warning. If you start it back up immediately, when you go to drive, it acts as if it has ran out of gas and will shut off again. It's un-drive able. After it sits for 30-60 min. you can then get back in it and drive it again, just perfect. What in the world could this be? We put it on a diagnostic machine and it said that the catalytic converter was clogged and that the torc converter was stuck open. Sometimes, before it started shutting off, when you would drive it would kind of hard shift, but it felt more like you were running out of gas then a transmission problem. We put some stuff called Lube Guard in the Transmission, it's for torc converters, and now the shifting issue has stopped but it still shuts off on us, how can we fix this? Also, all of our digital dash is out, what could be the cause of this? And we have dual climate control (pass/driver) heat and air feature and the driver side blows out heat all the time but the passenger side is changeable from heat to air, what could be the cause of this? Also, the heated seat feature only works for the passenger seat, why would the driver side be not functioning correctly? Well, I know this is long, but I would really appreciate all the help I can get. I need this car to be reliable and I can't afford to take it to a mechanic. I just don't have the money. How to stop my dogs crying/barking when i am not home?

i live in a bungalow, and have 2 dogs. one 3 years old and the other is 6 months old. 2 males.(father and son) . instead of keeping them in the house while i am at work, i have got them a large playhouse/dog house in the garden, and have had to chain them to a pole in the ground. although it is strong it is very light and also they can walk around the whole garden. its only the second day of being in there so i know they need to get use to it.. but to reduce complaints of the noice what can i do. they have chews and toys, food and water with them, with a blanket etc in the playhouse too. but they still seem to moan and cry. how can i stop them?

I have a 2000 buick regal ls. My fuel tank gauge reads full when i start the car but its not always full. The only way for me to tell where my actual gas level is i have to turn the car on and dont start it up. The arm will move up and down i have to wait until it stops in order to know how much gas i actually have and i can be waiting for a while sometimes. I was told to replace the whole tank and dont want to if not necessary. How do i fix this?

I know nothing about cars and this is my sons car he bought for 500$ with 178000 miles. runs great overall but just the check engine light blinks sometimes and runs rough. Kinda smells like rotten eggs for a few minutes but then the light stops and starts to run fine. Thanks
