2001 buick regal LS-engine light flashes?

Ok, I ask earlier about the service engine light flashing and smelling like eggs then goes off and runs ok. I did get my answers for that.Thanks. Now I need to know if it is ok to drive to Houston on Monday. I live in Dallas. I have to be there Monday afternoon. What would I need to do to make sure I got there and then get it looked at. Thanks
