Attic conversion question?

Hi Bob a job is right but besides that it will get extremely hot up in the attic especially in the summer as hot air rises from the floor below, it make require extra strengthening of the rafters to make it strong enough and would benefit from a dormer window to let out some of the heat that will accumulate in that space and what about the tanks in the loft how are you going to get around them.
