I'm disabled and live in my livingroom as my home isnt disable friendly,what help can i get?

i live in my living room, that means sleep/wake/eat and wash from my living room as that the only room i can go in, i have 3 kids and a wonderful wife who cares for me, but this is no life at all we are trying to sell this house but even if we did we could not afford a bungalow as people are selling them for silly money still so is there any help out there for us?
