My mother needs care but refuses to leave her bungalow. What can I do. Please read the extra text?

Hi! My mother, who lives alone, has recently undergone surgery to remove a brain tumour. She had a fit a couple of weeks before surgery and another 5 days after the surgery. I have said that she would be better off living with myself and my family so she can be cared for properly but she refuses to leave her bungalow (She is 65) We live a 15 minute drive from her and the hospital she always ends up in is further from us than from her. Can care be enforced for her own good or can she be made to move here so she is safe.
