Need advice on starting my own organic farm?

The Amish are poor. Those who farm only. But they don't starve. Location on a road to sell your produce, License to do so. Or location in town to sell. Bees. how many bee keepers in the area? 40 acres or more to be a farm. U.S.A. Tax break. Hard to do. But doable. I would have a 2nd job in the area. Berry's pay well. Parsnip, High labor crops. I know some who do this small farm thing. Most if not all have a 2nd job. O.O. Truck driver is common here. So they can set there own schedule.
