SERVICE and SUPPORT CHARGE Do i have to have them if i dont need them?

I live in a new bungalow and i have a letter from Magna Housing Assosiation and i am only 58 years old and i cant wait to move in next week, however i got the letter saying Rent = �90.01 a week and thats dear but thats life so its ok, but what about service charge and support charge? i dont need these services so can i cancel them or reduce them ALOT?? BIG HELP! x
